"we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink"
