「We had a spotless room with plenty of towels etc for our stay. The bathroom was roomy and bed slept great! My husband enjoyed having a chair to be able to sit up to watch tv! We would definitely stay here again if we were coming thru Jasper! The staff was very helpful and evdn Had some suggestions for restaurants at checkout!」

Sink was filthy with mud, toilet had urine all over it and the floor. Turned down the sheets, stains everywhere and full of dead bedbugs! We left the property after lodging a complaint with the clerk!」

「Room was clean. Design of room is the worst ever . The TV is across room from bed so that you get neck pain trying to watch. From bed you're looking at the bathroom. AC blows directly on the bed, had to put chair in front of it. Can't turn shower on without getting floor wet. Bathwash dispencer was torn off wall and sitting on shelf. Walking down hall to room the floor gives under you and squeaks with every step making you think you will fall from 4th floor to first at every step. Breakfast was...

「I felt like the room needed a deep cleaning, there were questionable “ things” on the ceiling and the pillows smelled like an old man’s sweat. I could not use them.」
