「Because of the festive season, but their hospitality was exceptional. Christmas card and a box of short bread and fudge were in our room. Christmas crackers on our dining table. We had really good time. One thing expedia web site should clearly mention that this hotel charge each time us when use swimming pool and gym. We did not know that until we visit the facility.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel.
