Dirty ,old and no good food

First of all, the hotel was very old, rooms are terribly bad , bathrooms are very dirty. You woudnt want to spend time in the room . Pool was okey but food was very very very low quality. It seems they use the cheapest of evetrything.

Zero Star for this hotel.

This hotel claims to be a 4- but our experience was zero stars – every aspect was unacceptable. And we weren’t alone; every other guest we spoke to during our stay shared the same disappointment.

Généralement, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour là-bas, le personnel est très accueillant. C’est dommage, il y avait des odeurs un peu désagréable dans le chambre la propreté n’est pas trop au rendez-vous.

Alles in Ordnung, das Essen ist gut, nur das Servicepersonal ist freundlich, wenn wir ein Trinkgeld geben, ansonsten sind sie unfreundlich und man muss um Wasser betteln, obwohl wir All-Inclusive gebucht haben. Die Animateure waren sehr nett.

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Nahrwes et je dois dire que l’expérience a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Le service était tout simplement impeccable : le personnel est chaleureux, toujours disponible et extrêmement professionnel. Chaque demande a été traitée avec rapidité et attention, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagées et très confortables. Le cadre général de l’hôtel est reposant, et tout est pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne en quête de qualité, de confort et d’un service irréprochable. Un vrai coup de cœur.

Abbiamo appena soggiornato per una settimana in questo bellissimo hotel: è stata una vacanza spettacolare. Non solo per la bellezza della spiaggia che è incantevole con un mare azzurro e pulitissimo, non solo per i servizi della spiaggia e della piscina fronte mare, e delle piscine inserite nel giardino mediterraneo rigoglioso ed anch'esso curato nei minimi particolari. Ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza vera è l'incredibile gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, dai concierge ai camerieri, dal servizio delle camere, pulitissime, al sorriso sempre acceso di tutto il personale di sala dei vari ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo. Veramente benissimo. Questo hotel con il suo personale ci ha regalato davvero una settimana di vacanze davvero speciale. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di guida turistica x Tunisi e Cartagine, veramente prezioso e disponibile. Come aver usufruito delle escursioni, nello specifico a cavallo nella macchia mediterrana, che è stato un vero spettacolo per gli occhi. Sempre con una gentilezza straordinaria. Non sono abituato a fare recensioni e tantomeno esagerare con le descrizioni. Ma consiglieri un soggiorno in questo hotel a chiunque, famiglie o coppie, perché è stata una vacanza davvero bellissima. Tutto lo staff si merita queste parole di ringraziamento. Magnifico soggiorno.
