「Was unable to checkout early. Hotel said I needed to contact Expedia to do that. Expedia bounced me back to the hotel. Was charged for a night I didn't stay.」

「The female at the front desk was rude and snarky . 😠 The hotel required a physical credit card for deposit. Didn’t seem right. The reason I use Expedia is for security reasons and not giving out my credit card number . Beyond the front dest , I found the hotel clean comfortable and well maintained. Customer service means a lot to me and for this reason I will probably not return unless there’s nowhere else to go .」

「It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types 」

「My King Suite was awesome. However, their fire sprinkler system had an issue and 3rd. Floor guests put elsewhere and the replacement room was nowhere near same high quality.」
