"Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines"

"Staff here were exceptional. Location is brilliant with good access to shops and only five minutes walk from the Metro station. The gym was small but excellent. The absolutely only issue I had was that prior to arrival I contacted the hotel several times to try to arrange a transfer and to notify of late arrival. I did not get a response to any of my messages which I sent via the official email address as well asvia the hotel booking site. That said I had absolutely no issues when I did arrive and everything was exceptional."

"Rooms are too small you can hear everything from the next door … 7 am construction noises will wake you up .. staff was rude … breakfast was not good at all "

"On first impression, I was a somewhat disappointed how ever as I settled in, I found the rooms to be comfortable, the amenities very good; the gym is open 24 hrs, and pool area relaxing. The location is excellent and is on the main stretch of Muraqqabat St., and a 10 min walk to Al Ghurair and Reef Malls. I ended up enjoying my stay very much and extending it."
