Generally our overall experience was great.
The only thing I will ask to improve is to make sure to have the bathroom tub and sink cleaned. Please remove the mats from the tub and clean it fully.
The staff was really helpful though and just the minor improvements will make it a five-star.
Good hotel but i was disturbed twice with loud music at night so i would you choose the 3rd floor instead of the 1st floor to avoid this. Otherwise it's a good hotel overall with close access to metro.

Luxe Grand Hotel Dubai – Nice place, but the loud basement music is a deal-breaker for an airport stay.
The hotel itself is solid. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the location works well if you’re flying in or out of DXB (it’s only a short drive from the airport and near the metro), and the overall feel is pleasant enough for a short transit stop. Staff were fine and the facilities look decent.
The problem is the noise. Loud music was coming up from the basement for a long time, and it’s simply not appropriate for a hotel that caters heavily to airport travelers. Most people staying here are trying to sleep before an early flight or after a long journey — they’re not looking for a party venue. The thumping bass and volume made it hard to rest properly.
For a hotel so close to the airport, quiet should be the priority. If they can’t control the sound from whatever’s happening downstairs, it’s a real downside. Nice property on paper, but the noise issue means I wouldn’t choose it again for a proper night’s sleep.
