「Staff approached us immediately when seeing us entering the hotel. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and room was offered approx 30 mins after check in. We have joined a day tour which require a print out of attraction tickets and staff has assisted us on that. Extended check out was allowed upon request with no problem. Very pleasant experience.」

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. 「Nice stay in this hotel. The hotel upgraded us to a two bedrooms apartment. It’s very nice to have a small kitchen. Everything is clean and comfortable. The service is good and organized. The hotel is near two metro station with 5-10mins walk. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants nearby.」
