「Staff approached us immediately when seeing us entering the hotel. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and room was offered approx 30 mins after check in. We have joined a day tour which require a print out of attraction tickets and staff has assisted us on that. Extended check out was allowed upon request with no problem. Very pleasant experience.」

「Overall experience at Park Regis Kris Kin was great with friendly staff at the lobby, front desk. There was no problem at all. However, I was very disappointed that Hotels.com misled us with INCORRECT & MISSING information. We booked for a 3+ bed, "Suite Triple Room", that has 3 Twin beds, can sleep 3 people. This hotel DO NOT have room with 3 physical beds. Front desk staff explained to us their Triple beds room only has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and they have room photo in their website...
