"As I have stayed I many hotels, I have found Al Bandar’s breakfast very outdated. Their omelette station was tasteless. Some of the foods were very bland to taste and I was not fully satisfied with their current breakfast menu."

"The staff were all lovely. We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely! We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city. The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families. Only downside was we heard everything in the room next door, not sure if this is normal or they were just super loud."

"The Best Hotel Experience in Dubai Golden Sands Creek Hotel is truly the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Dubai. The customer service is excellent — genuinely excellent. Every staff member speaks to you with kindness, treats you with respect, smiles, and makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms are clean, the bed is big and cozy, and the breakfast is fantastic with great variety. A special mention to Bety — she is incredibly nice and helpful, and made my stay even better. The manager is also very nice and takes the time to talk to you, which shows how much they value their guests and pay attention to every detail. What really stands out is the warm welcome you receive from the front desk. You feel at home immediately because they truly value every guest. It’s refreshing to experience a hotel where hospitality feels sincere and consistent. I highly recommend Golden Sands Creek Hotel. This is the type of service every hotel should aim for."
