I chose this hotel for its location in Deira, close to good and cheap food, but really good in my opinion. Also for the 24 hour cafe right next door and for the clean room. The staff has improved greatly as 2 years ago I was treated badly, but since then it's done a 180 degree turn - great people and I'll be back.

The hotel is in great location, near the Metro station so it’s very accessible. There is a lot of restaurants and dining options nearby, it’s also close to Al Ghurair mall. My husband could not connect to the hotel’s wifi, so he was upset about it no one couldn’t help him fix it. The breakfast buffet could be improve, there is not alot of options to choose from. Overall, it was a good stay.
