「The rental house was in good condition, and it was obvious there are some improvements underway. The exterior of the rental had just been painted (the paint was still drying) when we arrived. The interior was very well kept with more than enough space for the four of us in our family. The location was tucked down into a small residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to downtown Kona.」

「Lovely place to stay. 1 really tall bed was an adventure to jump into but was fun being so high up off of the ground. The home was really clean and it was a really nice touch with the gift pack. The balcony is really lovely spot early mornings and evenings to chill out on too. 」

「The cottage was fantastic. Had all the amenities. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of a golf course, but easy driving distance to the Volcanoes National Park and the town of Volcano. We were very busy seeing the various attractions of the island, such as waterfalls, the black sand beach and South Point, and hiking in the National Park. We wished we could have spent more time at the cottage. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. 」

「I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....
