"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. They required pre-check in registration but I kept on having issue uploading our passport which is a bit annoying, until the day before check in I finally made it. Overall it...

"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. "This was one of the best places we stayed on our travels! There were two large sofas so all 4 of us could sit comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook. It was nice to have our own balcony to sit out. Our host helped us with a driver and was generally very helpful. "
