Property is really beautiful, beds are excellent, and the living room is nice and cozy. Kitchen utilities could be a bit cleaner but we survived. One important thing is that we signed a contract saying we would follow the rules, and one of them was the garbage rule, but we didn't find anything that explained how to get rid of the garbage. Luckily I don't mind bugs, but if you do, keep the windows closed. Outside it gets quite wild at night.

The owner is not responsive. The light in the bathroom is not working. The floor is very slippery. Many insects. The apartment is very creepy and there is an abandoned restaurant underneath the apartment. It is very noisy in midnight.

獨立屋位置有點偏僻，自駕遊較好，但因為是這樣很寧靜舒適， 風景很優美。 屋內設施廚櫃有點殘舊， 屋主應該要翻新。如果房間可以改裝成為套廁(連著浴室) 會更好，現在有些不方便。往附近便利店 要鴐車5-8分鐘， 還可以。

大変ユニークな施設で、お子様はとても喜ぶと思います。 お部屋はとてもきれいです。 2LDKです。 アマプラあります。 他は見てないのでわかりませんが、ネトフリも可かも知れません。 夏は暑く(実体験)、冬は寒いと思います。 風景は、沖縄の美しい海が広がって見え、素晴らしいです。 施設の方へ ●上部のガラスもきれいにして下さい。とても目立ちます。 ●上部のガラスも遮光できるようにして下さい。 ●夏はもっと強力なクーラーが必要です。 ●冬は暖房、ホットカーペットまたは床暖房が絶対必要です。 ●もとレストラン現廃墟、への階段は、宿泊者に見られないように工夫して下さい。 ●サブスクは何が視聴可能なのか、施設情報に加えて下さい。 ●基本的にはきれいなお部屋でしたが、細かいアラが目立ちます。 ーサッシの下部の汚れ ーキッチン設備の塗装のハガレや開戸手持ちの壊れ ー洗面、キッチンのパイプつまり (流れが悪いです) ーウッドデッキの老化 ーウッドデッキの清掃不行届 ーウッドデッキへのサッシの開閉が硬すぎます 上記は早急に改善すべきと思います。 改善されたところで、ようやく普通の宿泊施設になります。 何卒よろしくお願い致します。

とても過ごしやすかったです！

立派な別荘宅で、沖縄の綺麗な海と空を存分に感じる事ができました！ とても素敵な宿泊施設でした！ 清掃も基本綺麗でしたが、気になる点というとエアコンや換気扇部分をより清潔に出来ればと思いました。

素晴らしいローションとオープンなスペースで、沖縄を満喫できました。 ただ残念だったのは、天井の開口パネルやダウンライトが落ちかかっているところがあり、気になりました。 どうしても自然の中にあるから虫が多いのはしょうがないのでしょうが、寝室で30数匹のクモとの格闘がありました。２匹は5cmぐらいのタランチュラレベルで、退治するまで眠れませんでした。今思えば、それもいい思い出ですが。以上の点を除けば、インスタ映えするエンジョイアブルな施設でした。

明るいうちに到着がオススメです

コンドミニアムで、鍵の受け渡しが分からず問い合わせましたが、迅速に対応してもらえてよかったです！ 施設は雰囲気もあり、海も見えてよかったですが、地下が元レストランだったのか、空き家になっていて、そこと居住空間が階段でつながっていて、なんとなく到着が夜だったので初めは怖い感じがしました。朝になると全面ガラス張りで明るく、海も見えたし、一階の状況も外から確認できたので怖さは無くなりましたが、到着は明るいうちがオススメです。

バルコニーからの景色の良さ、開放感のあるガラス張りの部屋やお風呂、値段、、いうことなしです。こんな家に住みたい…！ 強いて言うならソープ類、タオルは準備していただいているのに歯ブラシがなかったのでご利用される方は持っていくのがいいと思います。

高台にあり全体的にガラス張りになっているので部屋からの眺めは本当に絶景でした！ チェックインからチェックアウトまですべてメッセージで完結しますが、事前の問合せにも迅速に返信してもらえて安心感がありました。 車で少し行くだけで美味しいレストランもいくつかあって食事にも困りませんでした。 今回は連泊だったので、乾燥機やちょっとした掃除用にコロコロや掃除機が置いてあったら嬉しいです。
