Amazing, amazing, amazing! I love this place so much! I definitely recommend.

Noise from upstairs and airport nearby, have designated parking space, good for family

Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.

Great views! The hotels and rooms are ready for a refresh! We also gad to pay additional fees to the hotel for our free kid. Would rather stay at the sister hotel at the beach, which was simpler and newer. Also

Of course — here is the revised version with “child” removed: Exceptional attention to detail and care for guests, with a strong focus on professionalism, cleanliness, and a highly structured approach. The service reflects true Japanese standards of excellence. While the level of attentiveness can feel overwhelming at times from a Western perspective, it is clearly delivered with genuine care and pride.

I wish I thought of renting an apartment sooner. This place was am amazing find. My next trip I will be trying to book again.

Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air. A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.
