"I like the property because they have a nice texmex Restaurant downstairs. Location- It was in front of the ocean(not the beach which was a deal breaker). You can look for a better hotel that has access to the ocean with a better price or similar. "The Peridot Smart Hotel Tancha Ward worked out well for us in every way. The staff were amazing and the service excellent. Our room was especially comfortable and roomy. The restaurant on-site was excellent with a very cordial and accommodating chef. The location on island was central and easy for us to get around with our own car. we'd definitely stay there again. "It was an absolute blast to stay here. Let's start with improvements and caveats first though. I did feel that it could have used a few more lights at night and while there is a washing machine and dryer, it is outdoors in the open so it may not be the best. However, everything else was EXCELLENT. I chose the cheapest room and it had PLENTY of space similar to my own apartment with a VERY big bathroom. You also have an amazing pool with a view overlooking the ocean and there's even a path that leads to a private beach. As for dining, I chose the Half Board option with breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast tends to be a wonderful buffet, while dinner is a fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine. All of this topped off by excellent customer service makes this an easy repeat stay for the next time I have to work in the area."
