"おばあちゃん家に来たような感じで好感触。 施設は古いが味のある感じで、清掃は行き届いている。 お湯を出すと周辺がガス臭で満たされるのでちょっと怖い。ボイラーを交換したほうがいいと思う。 台所用品や洗濯用品は一通り揃っていて、海中道路向こうのマックスバリュと組み合わせることで自分の家にいるような過ごし方ができる。施設の性格上、フルサービスの宿泊施設を期待している人にはもちろん向かない。 施設前の駐車場への道は狭いため、ワンボックスで突入すると大変な目に遭う。大人しく手前の広い駐車場を使わせてもらったほうがいい。"

"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"
