「We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. The rooms are all on the first floor and I think all rooms have ensuites unless you book the family 'room' (that sleeps up to 4). Actaually you get 2 rooms that count as a family room. These do not have an ensuite but have exclusive use of the bathroom and loo situated on the narrow landing opposite your bedroom doors. 「We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location.」
