Very hard bed with uncomfortably thick pillows. No shower curtain or glass to prevent water from splashing in the bathroom. Seat on sofa is barely 12 inches high suitable for children but not for adults. "Good sized room, not quite as nice as on the photo though (no decoration and a bit older)
The stairs are uneven so a little bit wonky, but nothing major and there is an elevator
Paid self-laundry available, which is practical
No access to the water machine or microwave outside of reception opening hours (around 9 am to around 9-10 pm)
Breakfast is ok, but it starts at 9:15, so it can be late for exploration
Not allowed to bring outside food in the lounge area, you have to eat in your room,...
