"온수 풀 좋았고 숙소도 아늑했어요. 다만 오래 머물렀는데 수건을 문앞에 갔다주는거 외에는 따로 청소 서비스는 없었고 나갈때 쓰레기통을 숙박객에게 비우고 가라고 하는건 저렴한 숙소도 아닌데 좀 너무한 거 같아요."

"I was a bit worried about this hotel because the price was lower than I usually pay. The lobby was a bit dated, but the rooms were nicely updated and really good to stay in. Lots around to see, lots of eating options. The local restaurant was okay for breakfast, wasn't a fan of the dinner, I had a chicken dish with chicken bits, really had to watch out for bones. I'd go to this hotel again, probably eat somewhere else for dinner though."

"We were given advice to stay in Jeju-si which would allow us to day drip to various parts of the island. The Lotte Hotel was well placed in town and all staff from all areas of the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle service to the airport was helpful."
