Our stay here was amazing! The property was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The owner was super enthusiastic and communicative about accommodating our needs. He gave us recommendations about local eats and even lit a firepit up for us to use one night. Would definitely be back to stay if I'm ever in Jeju again!

Property manager was out of country and had to coordinate with on-site employee who was not only foreigner but also lack of knowledge as the employee seemed to be very new. The employee was nice to accommodate us as we requested but only after our communication via phone app with the property manager. A bed bug was found on first day of our arrival, requested for heated pool on 2nd day with additional cost in cash due to the property manager being out of town, didn’t even heat the pool in timely manner when we requested two hours prior to our return to the hotel. They knew that the heating system had to be turned on WAY ahead of time due to smell issue and THAT caused us to leave their property while communicating through phone app. Unfortunate outlier for our family trip and had to waste time which is inevitable results that can’t be compensated and led to book a better hotel for premium hospitality. Giving two stars for overall.

원룸에서 아이와 둘이 3박했습니다 둘이서 지내기에 충분한 크기였어요 깨끗하고 모던한 느낌의 원룸이었어요 무엇보다 정수기가 있어서 너무 편했어요 뜨거운물이 바로 나와서 필요할때마다 시간 절약이 가능했고 간단한 컵라면도 편하게 먹을수 있었어요 세탁기도 있어서 더러워진 아이옷을 세탁할 수 있어서 좋았습니다 창밖으로 보이는 말 두필의 풍경도 좋았습니다 수건도 매일 여유있게 주셔서 감사했습니다 함덕 해수욕장과 7분거리에 있어서 이동하기에도 편리하고 주변에 큰 하나로 마트며 편의점도 있어서 불편함이 없었어요
