「Only stayed a night but it was really lovely. Staff were friendly and breakfast was 5 star. The bar downstairs is a great addition too. The hotel is situated just a 5 min walk from the station and it's easy to get around by tram or walking. Hopefully I'll get to stay there again 🙏」

「It’s a relatively cheap roof over your head but thats about it. Sheets had yellow stains, towels were crusty, table was covered with residues and scratches, walls are thin, amenities are the bare minimum. 」

「Beware. I booked a king city view room only to be lumped in a King room which faced the dirty internal stairway with no light. The hotel staff were very rude saying that this is the room advertised - it was clearly not. The only other city view room they had was a small. We were moved into this room with no offer of a partial refund. Thankfully, after speaking with Expedia, they agreed it was false advertising and refunded our booking.」

「While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel.」
