「Place was very nice, only thing lacking was communication. I reached out prior to visit along with during visit regarding a late checkout, but never heard back until I tried and reached out to a different source. Hotel was very nice and equipped with everything we needed, would gladly stay again!」

「Overall, loved this hotel. Lovely style, great view and the breakfast was delicious (didn't try dinner). Walkable to the main shopping & restaurant areas but is far enough that it's quiet. Flybus Iceland provides drop off/ pick up from for airport transfers. Most attractions (lagoons, tours, excursions) also offer pick up/ drop off at this hotel, which is convenient if you're not planning to rent a car. I would stay here again if I am lucky enough to go back to Iceland.」

The location is good, it is near bus stop #4, so it is very convenient for pick-up, no matter traveling coaches or airport buses.
The room was clean and cozy, and facilities were also satisfied what I needed.
Staff were friendly and provided necessary info too.」
"The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more."
