"Surprisingly, we really liked the hotel. It was clean, everything was new, clearly recently renovated and refurbished. There was a fully equipped and very convenient kitchen — a stove with an oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Outside, there was a grill and a pool. It’s a pity we were there in February; otherwise, we would have gone swimming as well. The room had all the furniture you might need: a queen-size bed, a very comfortable brand-new pull-out sofa for two, a small table, and a large dining table if you plan to invite friends over in the evening. Everything was arranged very compactly and thoughtfully. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it."

"First of all, the staff was amazing… beyond friendly and helpful. We got stuck there in a snowstorm and it was no problem to stay an extra night. They even allowed me to switch my room after the first night because the elevator and service station were too noisy for us and our service dogs. Not only did they accommodate. They were super nice about it with no attitude and totally understood about the dogs. The room was clean. The area was safe and the location is ideal! We will be back!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The elevator was out of service the entire time we were there and this was never mentioned anywhere before booking or at check-in. We were placed on the 6th floor. When I raised the concern, the receptionist dismissed me immediately and claimed there were no other rooms available, even though rooms were showing available on lower floors. The room itself was unsafe and in terrible condition. Within the first hour, the bathroom door handle came completely off and my child was trapped inside. A cabinet door fell off while being opened and dropped on my child’s foot. The table was broken and peeling apart. We requested extra blankets, pillows, and towels and were told they had none. There were five of us and two towels total. The room had no sponge or dishwasher pods to clean dishes. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The dish soap provided was clearly already used and half empty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, everyone woke up sore with back & neck pain. On top of that, a commuter train runs directly behind the hotel and blows its horn every 5–10 minutes, day and night, because there is a stop right outside. The noise never stopped, this was miserable. There were multiple stains on the carpets, bedding, and mattresses. And worst of all, my children woke up to ants crawling on them. This stay felt unsafe, unclean, and completely misrepresented. We would never stay here again!"

"Amenities on site it says it has a pool and it don’t I traveled with 3 children that was expecting to swim but couldn’t so we paid for a room we didn’t stay at because the kids wanted to swim! Please fix it on site I wasted money to make sure my kids were happy. "

"Everything was great. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in a quiet area easy to get to off the highway. I enjoyed the breakfast and all that was offered."
