「The apartment was spotless and in a great location for shops/bars/eateries and of course the station, a 1 minute walk, and Spooners, the station bar and restaurant. Really good breakfast in there and the rest of the food was really nice. Great views from upstairs in the lounge/ kitchen. Everything we needed was there and lovely touch with the milk in the fridge and the Welsh cakes. They were lovely but couldnt find anywhere that had any in stock. 「The check-in was a complete shambles as the hotel had not got any notice of my reservation. I booked with Expedia but they did not inform 365 who rent out the rooms. I had to wait in reception for 30 minutes. The receptionists at the hotel were absolutely brilliant in sorting it out via 365. I was very disappointed with Expedia. I'll think twice about booking with them again」
