「Lovely studio, but 2 things to address: 1 - the shower is not powerful when the heat is turned up. 2- The bed is 2 singles joined together, it's on wheels, any movement and the bed just slides across the floor, maybe change the wheels to locking wheels, simple fix But I'd definitely stay again, lovely little studio.」

「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」

「Our stay was fantastic! Very comfortable, clean, and accesible to the main areas in Cardiff. The Castle is only a 5 minutes walk, as well as plenty of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Perfect place if you have a car as it has private parking. There is also a washer machine which is very convenient when traveling for a while. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of Cardiff. Super recommended! 」
