We will not book here again or recommend this property. Description states it is on the beach…it is not. It is on the bay, not directly on the beach. Parking is noted as included but it was not. It depends on which location you stay at, which is not specified when booking. We request an early check in and we’re sent an email stating we were good to check in early, but when we got there we were told they never offer early check in and the room was not ready. The beds were the WORST beds we have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a park bench and every turn you made sounded like a spring was about to come through the mattress. Considered forgoing the money we already spent to go to another property. We could not wait to check out and go home.

Great place for the money!

It really is beautiful! Condo was clean, furnished with everything you would need, even games for the kids! Hate it wasnt on the beach but they are building a pier in the back and that will be nice!

Overall, we were happy with out stay at the Phoenix on the Bay II. My 7 year old son loved the water slide in the pool and the lazy river. The whole family enjoyed the beautiful property including the stunning bay view from our condo. The one complaint that we all had, and this one is really big for me personally, is that the beds in the condo were very hard. It seemed like they got the cheapest mattresses they could find. The rest of the resort area and condo were much nicer. I expect more when it comes to bedding at this price.
