"We arrived at property and were told it was being cleaned. Waited until notification that it was ready. Unpacked entire car to enter condo only to find NOTHING had been cleaned. It was FILTHY. Turns out it was not being cleaned. We had to load everything back into our vehicle (after a 14-hour drive) ..."
