"Kind and courteous staff, some show of water staining on ceiling in shower but all else was good need to add bacon to the breakfast menu was ham steak every day maybe those premade cheese omelets the eggs seemed to be chunky if you are poolside expect people there until late evening it’s heated!"

"Disappointed. No body wash available and the soap bar was broken i to small pieces. Stain on the couch. Coffee bar offered no sugar or creamer."

"Overall we weren’t dissatisfied with the stay, relative to the price per night. But we probably wouldn’t stay again. The room was fine, but the amenities are very light and the property overall isn’t well maintained. Our biggest concern was that the exterior door that faced Sharon Ln didn’t lock. It seemed very incongruent with the signs just outside the door and inside the room that warn against human traffickers."

"The rooms were nice, even had a microwave as well as a refrigerator. It's a balcony was clean and the chairs on the balcony were clean. Breakfast was good. But late night, they have no real food. Unless you get out to the waffle house down the street staff was great."

"Has 2 elevators and one was out of service for most of my stay. I was on the tenth floor and made it hard to run down to get a drink or snack not knowing how long it would take to get back to the room. No adjustments made to the bill or any voucher given out. Also had to search for a housekeeping cart to get some towels bc front desk not answering phone. "
