"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "

My only complaints, which isn’t much in the grand scheme of things, is they don’t provide cups (plastic or otherwise) in the room and for a newly refurbished property, the toilet was small, low to the ground and seemed older. I will definitely be staying there again. The location is ideal for the area. "
