"Well located property accessible via Heathrow hotel hopper bus and other buses. Costs 7 pounds each way. All food service over by 10:30 pm except room service. Bar open until 11 pm but drinks only if arriving late at night. Good buffet breakfast with variety of foods for all. Hotel was not responsive to advance emails via expedia site re: bus arrival instructions. Room phone did not work making room service call difficult."
