Very Bad communication b/w Hotels.com & this hotel

This hotel and Hotels.com DOUBLE CHARGED me. When I checked out, the hotel told me that under my booking arrangment, I had to pay on site. I checked my credit card and there was no charge from Hotels.com. Since I had to leave, so I did pay. Afterward, Hotels.com charged my card. I looked at the credit card record today and found that out. I called and went to this Hotel and they told me its not their problem but Hotels.com. I cant find a complaint contact so I wrote up this comment. Please email me back on settlement. Thank you.

冬場は注意

年中暑いイメージのある中国華南地方ですが、滞在した2/3頃は年に数日程度といわれるとても寒い時期でした。外気温で10℃いかないくらい。この時期の滞在は初めてでしたが、部屋のエアコンに暖房がないことを知りました。一応エアコンに「heat」の文字はありますが、フロントに確認すると機能はないとのこと。なんなら毛布を一枚追加しますとの返答でした。おかげで凍えるような宿泊となりましたが、周辺の飲食店や商店も皆、店員はコートを着て接客していますから、ここではこれが基本なのかと思われ。 朝食バイキングはまぁまぁ。周辺は南城歩行街という大きな商店街があり、買い物や食事には便利な立地です。ホテル自体は大きな通りに面しているわけでもありませんが、タクシーで南城歩行街と告げると大概理解してもらえました。スタッフは標準的な中華対応で、日本語通じませんがカタコト英語で何とかなります。今回はビジネススィートしか取れませんでしたが、スタンダードなら4000円弱、コスパは良いと思います。
