"The room was very dirty. The bed had hair and blood stains on the sheets. The tub had dirt and pubic hair in it. There was urine around the toliet floor. I ended up going to the local store and got cleaning supplies because I knew we would only be more stressed finding another hotel room for our weekend. I am definitely going to spend more money next year and book at a cleaner establishment."

"Our ocean view room with king size bed was clean and comfy. Slept with the slider opened one night to listen to the ocean. Next night with the AC on and slider closed. Nice to have both options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast assortment met our needs. Pool, jacuzzi and sitting areas were clean. Staircase to beach and walking distance to pier made it a great first Pismo Beach visit for us. "

"Had room right on the cliff, steps to the fire pit. Next to pool area. No noise from pool area, perfect location. Room was clean, but for 3 night stay they didnt remove towels. Called for clean towels and they were in a bag next to our door."
