"My main issue was there was no shower curtain or rod in my bathroom, then when I asked the hosts for one they said they would bring one and never did in two days. I messaged again and would get no response. Thin stairway up to the rooms with a floorboard missing on one of the stairs. Also not a big deal to me but I know others may have a problem that the sink is in the rooms themselves, not the bathroom."

"Everything was excellent other than valet for the ridiculous price you pay for it (over $80) it is horrible, no elevators accessible to carry luggage you have to walk upstairs and walk the length of the hotel to get to valet very expensive not worth it, when scanning the QR code it says it's not available you have to call down to the desk from a phone and advise them your code, took almost a half hour to get vehicle, overall Hotel was beautiful staff were great valet pathetic zero stars!!"
