「Lovely property, great decor. In a beautiful spot next to the River Dee. Great seeing various boats passing by. Loved sitting out on the patio. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby, miniature railway in the park at the end of the road. Short walk into Chester. We would definitely like to go back. 」

「Friendly staff, nicely designed rooms, nice bar, comfy beds (albeit quite high… I struggled to get on let alone my little boy). Good value breakfast.」

「Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester. The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great. Would definitely stay again!」

「The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had 100% support from my enquiry, throughout my event and through to checkout. Highly recommend. If there is anything to consider, the bedroom would benefit from an upgrade plus put plugs near the beds. 」

「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「The hotel was lovely friendly staff, great location and looking over the canal. Breakfast great, good value for money. Rooms were a little tired and a few cobwebs but it was mostly very clean. 」
