"The sheet had an old urine stain that I didn't see until the morning. I was so tired and the room was dark at night so I didn't see it until the morning. I took a picture "

"This was the worst. Sleazy area, a hooker was soliciting across the street (when she was not napping under a tree). Pretty sure drugs were being dealt a few rooms down. My bathroom light did not work, and was told they could not do anything, but "a work order is in the works". Towels were "clean", but stained. Shower was not cleaned (old soap residue was present). Microwave was DISGUSTING. TV was not working (I am good with that stuff so figured it out but your average person would not have been able to). Do NOT stay here unless this sounds good to you!!!"

"For business purposes, it isn’t a bad hotel by any means. They are pet friendly and it’s a quiet hotel for the most part. "

"Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant. We set the room temperature to 72 degrees in order to sleep well but it was automatically reset to 82 degrees during the night; it was so hot that we woke up and had to reset the thermostat. Meanwhile, the AC was extremely loud. The insulation was not good, as you can hear people talking in the surrounding areas during the night. The complementary breakfast didn’t offer many choices. We were the first couple of guests at the breakfast at 6:00 AM and the container for hard boiled eggs were empty. When we asked for hard boiled eggs, we were told that they ran out of them. Seriously? It appeared that they didn’t even have any in the first place. In addition, the “yogurt” tasted like flour paste. Overall, it was not a good experience and we will avoid Tru by Hilton in the future. "
