"We came here for a soccer tournament and now I don’t think I would ever stay at a different hotel in Pensacola!! When you first walk in you can literally smell how clean it is. I even pointed it out to the front desk lady how nice it smelled. The breakfast was delicious. So many warm food options. 10/10 experience!!! "

"Could not use the breakfast far this time around due to the recent changes of you either having to use your points or pay $10 per person which is crazy. Room was clean and staff were friendly. "

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays so we missed out on that. It appear that them housekeeping was using mattress cover as bed spreads. I thought that strange but I would stay again. I felt safe in the area and the rooms were nice "

"Room was clear, plenty of space, staff excellent, issues with a sheets that were a bit stained, but it’s not life/death. Easy to get to my desired location. Wasn’t there for breakfast and parking was a dream! Hope this helps! Also, pool wasn’t working, but it didn’t effect us."

"They are in the process Of remodeling,,will be nice soon ..I fell in the bathtub/shower and there was not a non skid mat..they did have hand rails which saved me from a serious injury. The staff was very concerned and concerned. h "

"Great location for quick access to airport, clean and comfy room and the complimentary shuttle service was very helpful. However, our early departure (5 am) was before breakfast service started and the “grab and go” option mentioned at check-in wasn’t available. "
