「The staff and the hotel itself was great. Location was great, not too much going on, which is what I like and yet still had the exact amenities I needed w/o the extra. Price was a bit higher, but I believe it was due to some sort of event or time of they year, but I can't ever go wrong with Hilton hotels and their staff」

Instead, the room was outdated and showed significant signs of neglect. There were stains on the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, rust around fixtures, and furniture that was scratched, worn, and clearly past its prime. 「The bedroom was clean, and the carpet seemed new. The mini fridge was very tiny and down on the floor- so hard to load our cooler food and drinks into. The bathtub was dated and there was some mildew around the tub grab bars- mostly just viewed under the wall attachment while I was sitting in the tub. The bath counter seemed new and nice. The bathroom was also TINY. Hard to maneuver in. The room was blessedly quiet!! The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent.」

「I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pensacola during the weekend of May 15th. The apartment was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area.」
