"Not a good location. My room was not clean. The bathroom smelled sour and mildew-y and the room had a faint musty smell to it. The curtains for the window had dirt all over them. We had a 4 night stay booked with this hotel and only stayed the first night we were there. As soon as the sun came up, we were gone and booked with another hotel. I have emailed and messaged about a refund and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I will never stay at this location or any other Ibis hotel because of this nightmare."

"Everything was good. Only complaint was when they cleaned my room they left a dirty towl on the dresser and my floss went missing. The floss wouldnt have bothered me such if I thought they were just thoroughly cleaning the room but none if the trash cans were emptied. Hotel staff was very nice!"

"I felt very safe and fine here. There was a.problem with the heating and warm water, but they sorted the problem the next day. The room itself was a little an the cold side, though. Very quiet and comfortable position (VERY close to Metro 13) nearby there are a grocery shop, a phatmacie and a.patisserie...I recommend this hotel👍"
