The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus.
I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch.
The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming.
I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday here and lapped up the luxury surroundings and personal attention from the concierges. She took advantage of the on-site spa and the concierge organized taxis and sightseeing for us. Our room was large and comfortable and because the hotel doesn't have many rooms we enjoyed spaces like the lobby and the poolside almost to ourselves a lot of the time. The Iguana restaurant is excellent and draws a lot of people so the hotel is lively in the evenings, which we...

Affordable hotel near the malecón. Loved how walkable everything is to the pharmacy and OXXO etcétera. Front staff is friendly. The room was just as described and had space to put my stuff down. Would stay there again.

Magnificent location. Beautiful property. So convenient. Pool was romantically enchanting. Restaurant was wonderful. So popular too. One of two in only a few blocks walk. Lively setting and kind staff. The building is homey and with an Hacienda setting.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

This is my second stay here, and I knew last year I would be back. The staff are super friendly and always greet with a smile. The pool is clean, the decor is happy, and it is a quiet place to stay. Excellent location for the beach, food, and as a solo woman traveling..very safe! I feel looked after here. Many thanks to Omar and this lovely staff...hasta la proxima!!

We loved the hotel and the staff was outstanding. The hotel had charm and felt like home in the romantica zone. The hotel had various types of stairs which might be noted. The guacamole and chips, margaritas and cool wash cloth upon arrival were so welcoming. We would surely stay again.

Always love the quiet safe and very modern comforts of GRAND MIRAMAR.
Have stayed many times. The view from most higher floor units is incredible. The location in the hills south of town is all residential and upscale. Depending on your hiking skills you might be using a lot of taxi service to get to the old town but it’s well worth it.

Quiet. Nice air-conditioning. Great water pressure. Good breakfast. Best location begins at the malecon or go north off the beat with tons of shopping and great restaurants. Peztaco and Rio Grande amazing food just blocks away.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was really friendly.
We really didn’t get to eat at any of the restaurants inside the hotel because of it being booked in advance. But other than that very awesome stay thank you.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean, and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach. Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

Zona Z was beyond everything one could hope for a relaxing beach vacation. Siggy, Mark, Marcela and staff were as delightful as they were helpful at every turn. The room was so quiet (even with construction in the neighborhood). Our in-room massages and covid tests allowed us to stay relaxed and pampered throughout the entire trip. This was the first of many wonderful stays for us at Zona Z.

This was a great place to stay to be in Zona Romantica and close to the beach and the Malecon. The rooms and bathrooms are not large, but the accommodations are comfortable, and the convenience and value are unbeatable.
