「Tout était parfait jusqu'au petit déjeuner du dimanche matin... toutes les tables étaient encombrées, une file d'attente interminable devant la machine à café et le comptoir du buffet où il n'y avait plus d'oeuf (9h du matin) ni de croissants... Bref ! très pébible... Pourquoi ne disposez-vous pas le buffet au centre de la pièce, afin que chacun puisse touirner autour au lieu de poire」

「很干净，总体还不错，服务人员很热心。只是我们住顶楼，窗户只能开一点，没有空调，房间有些闷。」

「The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...

「This hotel is very near to Strasbourg central station, it just faces to the station so I could access the hotel by crossing the road and 3 minutes walking. The room is large, neat and quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. There are a refrigerator and kettle in the room, and they offer nice instant coffee and tea bags. In the lobby, they also offer hot apple juice for guests during the Christmas season, it’s very kind and sweet :)」

「The hotel is very charming and the rooms are comfortable. The entrance is a little hidden and not very easy to find. Very good parking area. A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff. 」
