We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant served gourmet food without having to leave the property. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner. The hotel location was perfect for catching the tram into Strasbourg and walking into the residential area to enjoy a local pub.

Bah- scary

Room was super hot and right across the police station. Not much to do in the rare. The only reason we could figure that there was even a hotel in the area was the police station/jail. We did not even stay here but checked out immediately and went near old town.

Hotel was genially ok but no air conditioning in a family room of 4 in 30 plus degrees isnt enjoyable. Plus on the second day there was no hot water in the morning! Service behind the desk was very good though

Baby cot without mattress and beddingz

We traveled with a baby and had requested a baby cot, which they confirmed. When we got to the room in the late evening, there was a baby cot without matress and beddings. We asked to get them too, and the person on shift wasn't able to provide any. As a result baby had to sleep in the bed with us and we all had an uncomfortable sleep.

Schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft für eine Städtereise. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleider für eine Familie zu knapp bemessen. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt mit der Tram. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Il y a un arrêt du tram A au coin de la rue de l’hôtel (30 secondes de marche). Très pratique pour visiter Strasbourg. On y est en 20-30 minutes, dépendant de notre destination. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique, bonne option de restauration. On y sert la cuisine classique de la France. Les chambres sont propres, bon matelas. Seul bémol, le wifi est lent.
