「The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not it. It is located on a busy road with extremely loud traffic all day and night. Ear plugs were provided but were useless. I'm happy thay my stay was limited to one night as I require quiet enjoyment in my lodgings. Parking was also tricky and the rivers and gardens mentioned in other reviews were non existent. This property is 2 hours away from San Jose...

「Loved the positive and unique vibe of this hotel. Beautiful pool and great restaurant. Staff was very nice as well. It was like an Oasis, and a convenient 20+ minute drive to the airport. Great value too. 」

「Breakfast was great! Hospitality was absolutely top notch. The pool is very clean, the water is colder than expected. Having no A/C is a change, but the area is not as warm as la fortuna. Great place in the middle of everything. 」

「Resort is a little older and needs some refreshing but is still very nice. Large and clean pool! Large covered balcony with lounge area and shared cooking area. This is a great space for dining al fresco, doing group yoga, working, playing games or just relaxing and watching nature. Also make sure you dont need a/c. This is an eco resort. I didn't pay attention to that part of the details but still lovely at night with the fan on.」

「Lovely place to stay. Host was really friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen/breakfast setup works really well. The whole place has a nice style. There’s a peaceful private garden to sit in while you read and plan. Good affordable cafes for food nearby and a supermarket minutes away. Stayed for the first night of our trip and have already booked in for our last night before we fly out. Thank you!」

「Unfortunately we only spent one night here. Beautiful property we wish we could have enjoyed more. The included morning breakfast was excellent. A wonderful breakfast plate is freshly made as you enter their dining area. You don't order anything, they just bring you an tasty Costa Rican breakfast - really one of my highlights of our trip.
