"The hotel is very neglected, the towels are extremely old, and the cleaning staff is not properly trained to clean. The courtyards are abandoned and strewn with trash; there is no hot water in the bathroom; and to top it all off, the front desk staff is extremely rude."

"It was clean, the staff were nice. Pool was kept warm and heated, no complaints other than the train but if you’re anywhere near a deep sleeper you’ll be fine. Not much to walk around to though, taking an uber is definitely required. "

" Breakfast was basic but enough. The chips for the chilaquiles were old. No plugs available to charge my phone in the room. I had to move the night table to connect it where the lamp was. In the morning I found out there were many hairs on my bed, long hairs. That was disgusting. Service offered by staff was amazing. Attentive and promptly. Internet was okay. Sometimes slow, but functional."
