"Little understaffed and too average. Asked for disposable fork and spoon set in the evening and they said they didn’t have it, but next day morning breakfast had ton of them, so either staff didn’t want to help or helpless, but it affects the customer."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! Please read the reviews on this resort, although it’s a “5 star” it DID NOT live up to its expectations! 3/4 of the staff were dismissive, in helpful and very rude! Cleaning staff stole120$ cash that was locked away! Security and Managment did not help with the situation, said the saw the cleaner go in but has no evidence they stole anything! I got food poising! We were ready to check out on day 5 out of the 9 day stay! The food was mediocre at best, and the drinks were nothing special! And Wifi did not work!! My wife ordered chicken nuggets, and what came out was deep fried carcus pieces, there was no meat just bone and sinew! Absolutely disgusting! This resort was an absolute waste of money and time! I urge anyone thinking of staying here to keep looking for other resorts! I can’t say enough negative things about this resort other than it was a hellhole."

"I accidentally left my 14k white gold necklace with a diamond cross pendant, valued at $1,200, at the spa. I realized within less than an hour that I had left it there, and when I returned, no one seemed to know anything about it. I attempted to contact the manager for three days and finally managed to speak with the hotel manager, Mr. David Castillo; however, the issue has still not been resolved. This situation is completely unacceptable, and measures must be taken to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future. Mr. Castillo informed me that an investigation would be conducted and that I would receive an email within a few days with information regarding my case. However, it has now been two weeks, and I have received nothing. Situations like this encourage theft and must be addressed immediately."

"The property is beautiful, in a great location, and most of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. We booked an ocean-view suite and paid about $2,000 extra for the upgrade, which nearly doubled the cost of our stay. We chose the suite because we were traveling with a toddler and hoped to still enjoy some time as a couple in the evenings, including relaxing and watching TV before bed. While the room did face the ocean, its condition did not match the price or expectations. The carpet looked very old and dirty, with sections coming apart. There was visible rust in multiple areas, which may be somewhat understandable for a waterfront property, but the peeling, scratched, and deteriorating furniture made the room feel neglected. Under the bathroom sinks, the exposed plumbing was extremely dirty and very noticeable. The TVs were outdated and extremely restrictive. Although the system claimed apps could be installed and inputs could be changed, neither worked. We tried both TVs and even attempted to connect a laptop, but nothing was allowed, so the relaxing evenings we planned didn’t happen. This was our first family vacation, something we had saved for a long time, and the room simply wasn’t worth the upgrade. On a positive note, the food was delicious and the bartenders made great, strong drinks."
