After several attempts to pull it out requested help. They came and said o that doesn’t pull out. We left to get dinner and they said our rooms would be cleaned once we returned. 「This property is GREAT! The only complaint we have is that there was mildew on the a/c vent and on a lampshade in room 6112. The room was clean; however, when walking into the room, you could smell the mildew. I suggest the air filters be changed out and the filters cleaned properly.」
