「The only thing I enjoyed about the property was the pillows. The housekeeper was extremely nice. The hotel is old, our room have a dip in the floor like climbing up a hill 331, the doors didn’t close. Don’t get me started on the pool! The pictures are false advertisement. The breakfast was terrible.」

「This property is GREAT! The only complaint we have is that there was mildew on the a/c vent and on a lampshade in room 6112. The room was clean; however, when walking into the room, you could smell the mildew. I suggest the air filters be changed out and the filters cleaned properly.」

「Staff great. There was an overly drunk guy in the waiting area and I was mortified, he was being very obnoxious. The room was ok. I didn’t like that the window covers u could see outside and inside the room. The door lock didn’t not stay locked I made sure I put bags in front of it to make sure the door would stay closed. I would not stay here again. And the “security” or the place u could access everything without a key.」

「Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

「They gave me a room with extreme moisture issues, mold and mildew. The room was out of order and they put us in it anyway.」
