"The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Excellent on cleaning and tidying up the room. It would be even better if there’s a better system for getting a spot on the Carousel bar like a waitlist or maybe a priority seating for the hotel guests."

"Had a nice, clean stay. I was hesitant to book from reading some previous reviews, but I enjoyed our stay. A lot of reviews said it was pretty out dated, but they must have just literally remodeled. Our room smelled like fresh carpet, all new furnishings (including USB ports). The beds were new - because they were so stiff and not broken in. Not holding them against them - my husband said it was great (but he prefers a harder bed). I prefer a fluffier bed. Lobby, hallways, room and pool area was super clean. Would stay again. "

"Pros: Location is excellent-walking distance from the strip and Bourbon Street, staff were friendly, security on sight at the hotel, felt safe with no issues Cons: Smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in, walls very thin and could hear neighbors, overpriced mediocre breakfast, only saw 1 elevator per floor, valet parking is $50 per day (was not advised prior to booking) Overall: Probably would not stay again. "
