「I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.」

「Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.」

「Hotel stay was great, room was big enough for my family of 5 however was meant to be a double bed and 2 singles but one of them was a pullout matress with no sheets or anything so couldn’t use it. No soap in bathroom either But great location plenty of food and supermarket, petrol nearby and 8 mins from the pier. Breakfast really bad I would avoid going at all waited around 30 mins to take order and when it came was not good couldn’t eat it. Also the hygiene wasn’t great as saw staff putting...
