"Location is excellent and staff friendly The hotel itself is well equipped and clean My only gripe was that the windows of my room were not well fitted so I could hear the traffic without any dulling of the noise and it is a busy street. Also there was a constant thin stream of cold air coming into the room so it was cold "

"No fridge in room. Not clear if bottled water is free -same for chocolate. Partially sighted and no info on how to set the air con/ heater. Small room but huge and comfy bed. Good shower. If breakfast is booked at check in it's £15. So a good price for a great breakfast. Note if you don't book on arrival it is £20 to just turn up and you pay before you eat. Desk staff pleasant but only 3 on check im and check out. Its a big and busy hotel."

"Dated but very clean room. Had to ask for the air con to be switched on as the window didn’t open and the room was very hot, but maintenance arrived promptly. Breakfast very busy but was fine and efficiently run. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good value budget hotel for an overnight stay in a great location. "

"Basement room smelt musty or like moisture. Had to be changed rooms. Staff agreed it did smell. Moved to a new room. The room didn’t had any coffee cups. Also nowhere to put luggage, or anything really. The staff put towels on the bed and literally no where to put them other than the floor. Not well appointed. The staff were great though that’s the only saving grace. "
