"Hotel is in a great location. Hotel is very nice and our room had a nice view over St Katherine’s Dock so fairly quiet. Room was looking a bit tired but bed was comfortable, room was clean and everything worked. The only complaint I have is that service was a bit slow, reception, coffee shop and bar. Would definitely stay again though and generally pretty happy. "

"Dated but very clean room. Had to ask for the air con to be switched on as the window didn’t open and the room was very hot, but maintenance arrived promptly. Breakfast very busy but was fine and efficiently run. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good value budget hotel for an overnight stay in a great location. "
