It's Florida and people eat in their rooms, etc. so we weren't extremely alarmed. If we had seen a whole bunch we would have complained. It's a wonderful place and I would definitely stay there again. "

Front desk was notified when we stepped out for dinner, but was told no maintenance staff available until the next morning. Front desk staff great and very helpfu with check-in and food suggestions.
