「Marvelous experience from the moment of check in till check out and beyond. I took the early morning flight next day. The hotel arranged an individual spa room for our family for wash and change. All staff in the hotel are nice which give you a feeling of being at home, from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping ....」

「Busy concierge. Room is spacious but staff is too busy to serve. Our luggage came into room late. Construction sites around. Can still hear the noise underneath from the room. Food was delicious though.」

Only downside is I would say the hotel was quite noisy throughout the day due to construction and conferences and at night after midnight too (sounded like furniture being moved around and things banging around), so I guess there is a potential wall thinness issue」

「For my feedback on the food, the restaurant manager responded quickly and apologized. He re-invited me to the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant manager, waqar, received us personally. I still ordered the same food as last time. They have really improved a lot. Much delicious. The chef also came to greet us. The service is top notch and I would recommend it.
