"The hotel staff were kind, helpful, friendly, and asked if we needed anything several times in our two day stay. They met and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, the bathroom was awesome with separate toilet room, shower, tub, and two sinks. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Verge Kalifa (the tallest building in the world). "

I wish I could transfer this level of greatness to my tram. We were treated like royalty. The satff is amazing and beyond accommodating. It was beyond 5 star. I cant wait to return. "Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean. Each had 2x 500ml of water, kettle, instant coffee/tea and bathroom amenities. Lighting was adequate. Got a 2nd floor room with poor view but was ok as was just staying the night. Included breakfast was extensive. Selection of bakes, cereals, hot food, etc."
