「Clean and accommodating room. Unexpected amenities in bathroom. Everything worked as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and maintained even with the high volume of guests rotating in and out of the breakfast area. Will put this hotel at top of choices on our next visit to Shipshewana.」

「Room was clean, on first floor. Tree line prevented seeing the turnpike almost felt like in the country. Sign for hotel was smaller than expected, drove passed the first time. Breakfast was good, hot, with variety. Staff was friendly & helpful. If we come back to this area we will stay with Bestwestern plus!」

「This place was perfect for the one night we needed it for. You are surrounded by amazing unique shopping centers that are in walking distance. I dislike the fact that 1 there isn’t much to choose from when it comes to dining and 2 alot of the places close so early. I understand with opening a little later and closing early or being closed on Sundays but Friday and Saturday a lot of the unique smaller shops close at 3pm, but other then that it was super charming staying there」

「Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.」

「No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. There was a mini fridge and microwave, both unplugged, in the room and water on the...
